ABOUT KINGSWOOD ACADEMY
KINGSWOOD ACADEMY is an Independent Ordinary combined School, registered with the Gauteng Department of Education operating under the Gauteng West District.
KINGSWOOD ACADEMY is incorporated as a Non-Profit Organisation with a vision of contributing in bridging the persistent socioeconomic gap in education for disadvantaged parents and learners from neighbouring communities where many children fall out of the automatic acceptance criteria of the public education system due to being over-age or sometimes due to financial constraints and other challenges.
The conception of the idea to start Kingswood Academy was therefore born out of recognition of these and other challenges, and the need to do something on our part as active citizens as well!

EDUCATION COVERAGE AREA
PRIMARY SCHOOL
Our primary school spans from Grade-R to Grade 7. This phase of schooling harnesses the foundation of childhood learning to cognitive levels of education that prepares and equips learners for the more challenging Senior and FET phases
High School
Our high school spans from Grade-8 to Grade 12. Introduces core values of education where students are tested with higher cognitive levels a skills. The stream scaffolds learning in preparation the final Examination in Grade 12
Matric Re-Write
Kingswood Academy recognises that there will be one or more students from other schools who might not get good marks in the final grade 12 examination, therefore offers to such students a chance to get it right again by tutorials & re-writing
College Short Courses
We have the Academy active for those who want to get professional certification within a short period of time. Enroll with us for visit the academy for all listed short courses both internationally examined and nationally certified courses
